Tracy Barrett Adams
Tracy Barrett Adams is a board-certified clinical hypnotherapist and hypnosis trainer, a childbirth educator, and birth doula.
In her clinical hypnotherapy practice, Tracy specializes in medical hypnosis for chronic pain and migraine, insomnia and anxiety. About a third of Tracy’s practice is dedicated to fertility, childbirth education for birth and beyond. Since 2011, Tracy’s worked with over 2,500 expectant parents to conceive, prepare, and birth.

As a mother of four, a birth assistant (doula), and veteran childbirth educator, Tracy is intimately familiar with the real-world challenges of labor and birth, and she’s thoroughly committed to equipping parents to move through challenges with calm and confidence.
